Streamy Player for WordPress is a very lightweight player for the WordPress platform that is capable of real streaming of content from the server.
The viewer is capable of seeking through the video (as in a radio player). The server streams MP4 video files in chunks.
Plug-in is designed without using images (utilizing only HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/jQuery, no images necessary). The plug-in is easy to install. The installation is merely a mater of copying a few files.
The plug-in allows the user to easily integrate the player into the posts, by using WordPress native tags.
