Question creator or the admin of the website can choose the Best Answer which will include a ‘Best Answer’ tag on the answer.
If any question or answer is abusive, users can report it easily with the help of ‘Report’ button visible on the question/answer.
Admin of the site can enable point system and allow users to earn points for each question or answer or best answer. Also, the admin can set a minimum points to make a question.
Logged in users will have a nice profile page, where they can include their image, social share links, profile description etc.
There are 10+ custom widgets such as top authors widget, popular questions/posts widget, login/signup widget etc are included with the theme.
Very strong Theme-Options panel is there, so that you can easily configure and change options with a click.
Users can optionally include video to the question in order to make the question more clear.
All posts/questions can have a ‘Related Posts/Questions’ section at the bottom of the posts/questions. Optionally you can enable or disable it from your admin panel.

This theme comes with fully prepared language files ready for easy translation into your language. Translatable .po and .mo files included.

We have produced a Knowledgebase theme you can name it as Wiki, Helpdesk, Customer support System, help center or community theme. We have incorporated a live Ajax search. You can filter the search results with categories and custom values. Your search string will open up similar looking search results from the articles, posts and pages with lightning speed so as to quickly locate the section anywhere in the website.
It has complete features for creating FAQs, Knowledge Base and support Forums with abundant features.
Knowledgebase comes with the boxed and full width options also 20+ skins. Full Fledged BBPress and BuddyPress integration, creating a discussion forum, topics and groups with activity streams becomes a breeze. It is quite easy to enable the interaction with your customers for clarifying and resolving their queries.
There are 3 types of articles configured namely default, advance and modern. Using the different article search box functionality, the site will become ultra fast in searching and locating the files or articles.
