Theme Support:
We handle all support requests via our Support Board. It consists of a Knowledge Base where you can find answers to commonly asked questions and a Support Forums where post your inquiries can be posted. We think that it’s a much better solution than the theme commments area because you may find the answer to your question immediately as the forums content is easily searchable and someone could have already posted the same inquiry in the past.
