  • Performance insights and optimization suggestions
  • Security monitoring and alerts

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with WPTrunk, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Pricing and Billing

Certain features of WPTrunk require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice before your next billing cycle

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the WPTrunk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code — are the exclusive property of WPTrunk and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content and data you submit through our platform. By using our services, you grant WPTrunk a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • WPTrunk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
  • We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • WPTrunk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

AI-generated recommendations and insights are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on these recommendations.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in activity that may harm WPTrunk, our users, or our infrastructure
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period
  • We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
