It’s a widget that shows a rank of your best posts on social networks, use data from Facebook Likes, Facebook Comments, Facebook Shares, Google +1s and tweets with your links on Twitter.
There are 3 different styles, and you can parametrize the output choosing a period to analyze and the number of posts to show.
Data from social networks are saved in your WordPress database in custom fields and you can use them in your theme to show data inside, for example, your category posts lists or wherever you want.
